Send it to repairs and let them have ur ear piece checked..or open ur phone n locate where the ear speaker is, clean there with a white cotton or any white material
you can try to use a headset and see if it will work
normally if the caller cannot hear the receiver theres some problem with the mouthpiece. if the headset and loudspeaker works then you have to go to the store and have it fixed.

The problem with your phone
is that the earpiece on your
phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear
anything while you call.
All you need to do is to replace the
earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you
are talking to on your phone.
Change the earpiece on your phone
and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep
using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.
Sorry I couldn't help. One other thought... I have run into brand new batteries that were bad. It drove me crazy until I discovered it was just bad batteries. Some batteries were good and some bad in the same package!
I have a vtech 900 mhz, i purchased from the goodwill and everything works exept i have the other personsgreeting on the phone when someone calls my home. I need help on how to change the greeting so it will be my voice and not the other persons that owned it. could someone please help
