you have to delete some sms, the phone memory is full, delete old sms, you will see the new.

send it back for a warranty refund

Check the contact that he is coming up as. The entry in that contact has his phone number as well. The phone searches the contacts when a call comes in and displays the first contact with the phone number in it.

if the phone can make out going call or receive call
maybe the problem come from lcd or the flex cable/ribbon inside the phone.it may come from upper board too.

if the phone blank screen and not responding any key pressed. it may come from the software.

note : broken upper board can make fault on software.cause the phone will detected as K700 on third party tool like setool, after replace the upper board it will detected back as w850.

try using ur phone while plugged in charging. if it works thn ur battery defective

Remove the battery and clean the contact points. Also plug in the charger and try to switch your phone on. Also notice if the normal charging logo/picture is appearing or not. If the phone does not come ON while plugged in with the charger, then its a problem of the phone. However after cleaning the battery, put it back and try to switch ON without/with the charger and let us know the results............sodeep
