You must used your ethernet cable first or your LAN for us to get internet then check device manager for the check the exact driver for your wireless. check the properties and driver details. You must download driver by link http://www.driver-id.ru/download-f.pci-ven-14e4-dev-4315-subsys-000b1028.html . Then you must install driver manually by going to right-click "my computer"->manage-> device manager-> other devices-> right-click on network controller(or something else, i don't know how it written into english Windows XP) -> Update driver-> No))->install from scpecifying place->Next-> and specify the place where driver on. Test your wireless , Go to network and and internet connection and connect to wireless to detect your router..

In case you still need this:

To find and install the driver for the simple communications controller:

Go to Device Manager and click on the pci simple communications controller

Go to Properties and then Details. You will see a code like PCI/VEN_8086&DEV_27D8&SUBSYS...
The VEN code means vendor and the DEV code means device: in the example the vendor is 8086 and the device is 27D8.

Once you have the two codes, go to www.pcidatabse.com. Enter the two codes and you should get the name of your hardware.

From there, you can search for a driver download for your hardware.
