I have no driver may cd/dvd burner. please give me free driver?

test the Software diagnostic for easy fix it. Maybe you can uninstall the driver corrupt and install the new update from your SONY supplier website for free. give you model, etc.

Click start control panel administrive tools,computer management,device manager scroll down cd-dvd rom drives you might see a yellow question mark ? right click you will have options to update driver,roll back driver,or select properties general troubleshoot, select driver click to reinstall drivers click update driver
if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it

Generally speaking most recent versions of Windows don't require additional drivers for CD\DVD burners to function. If you're looking for software to actually burn cd's then there are a number of freeware options out there (Google Free CD/DVD Burning Software), or you can pick up more advanced software locally at stores such as BestBuy.

download the drivers for this unit from manufactuers website and install them,then check your device manager again

The drivers should install automatically once the optical drive is installed. (Assuming good power and data cable connections) This optical drive may have come with a CD/DVD burning program when new. If you have the original CD, you may be able to use that program depending on your OS.

It is a free burning software otherwise you can try to reinstall the existing software with the help of disk.

I'll recommend you to directly try Driver Detective and let the software have a free scan to automatically detect & update the missing LG drivers. This way things can be much easier & efficient. Also you don't have to risk install wrong drivers which might cause severe system issues.
