Have got a bauknecht dishwasher model no gcx 5521. had the same problem last year. water is not going into the machine it looks like the water stop device activated. I think its something to do with a flowmeter. just wanting to know how to reset it without having to call an engineer

Display showing f4 what does that mean thank you julie

Hello

Fault with water fill (only on machines with level-controlled fill)

1. Disconnect the power to the unit

2. Remove the lower access panels and check the tray under the dishwasher (you will probably find it is full of water)

3. Use a towel or a sponge to remove the water

4. There is a float that should stop the operation of the dishwasher and run the pump if water is in this tray. Check this pump to see if it is functional

5. Test the dishwasher

6. If there are no leaks from the dishwasher into the pan, check the drain hose under the sink

7. THE DRAIN HOSE MUST RUN UP TO THE TOP OF THE UNDERSIDE OF THE COUNTERTOP THEN DOWN TO THE DRAIN. (If the hose is not set up like this, water from the sink drain will flow into the dishwasher and overfill the tray

*Faults may vary by model. Use this as a general guide.

Hi, on my WAE8987 Washing machine, the fault code 'F07' keeps coming up, can anyone help please? thanks

Bauknecht are built by Whirlpool.
F7 on Whirlpool means flow meter failure.
Check water inlet, check the pressure switch, and check the sump filter at the bottom of the dishwasher.
To reset try turning on the power and holding the start button and the + and - buttons at the same time.

Hi my Bauknecht GSI 5411 dishwasher seems to starting ok but then it stops after a couple of minutes. have checked the water supply tap as well as the filter and they seem to be ok. Please help

Set the machine to the end of the drying cycle, when it has finished, try pouring boiling water into the machine about a kettle full there is a sump level control beneath the removable filter (where all the **** gathers) if this has fat deposits on it this type of problem can occur.

Dishwasher will not fill. Water lines have been checked and filters are clean

Flow detection shot?
Expensive one I had couple of months ago on a Bauknecht. 300 dollars. New machine at 250. Scrapped it.
Flow detector was coupled at automatic waterstop.
Beware if you have a old machine drying with hot air, most all new models use condensation leaving your dishes etc a bit bit wet :(

Bauchnecht GSF 5343 dishwasher

I used to work for Bauknecht years ago.
I dont remember that machine, but it could be an indication that your salt dispencer needs refilling.

What does F7 Means?

The F7 means that the drain filter is blocked or your water pressure is low. Check and clean filters. Good luck !

Bauknecht GSX4756 dishwasher

I have this problem frequetly - it's an easy one to fix! Just press the programme button which changes the programme setting you want (on my built-in GSX4756 it's the last button on the right) and keep it pressed in until the beeping stops. Then start it again (will probably be on the rinse programme if it's like mine).
