How do I connect a Logitech z506 surround sound system to an LG 50LS4000 TV

It will never fit because that surround system was made for an audio card for desktop computer. Green is main, tan is surround and black is bass or woofer. There hasn't being any adapter yet for this type of configuration, sorry.

Hey I've had my Logitech z506 speakers for a few

I don't know for certain but, this is usually a sign of the overload circuit in operation. Speakers are not designed to be used on full volume constantly. Next time this happens try and turn them off for a couple of minutes, when you turn them on again try with the volume lower than when you turned them off. If you are regularly using them at full volume, then maybe it is time to invest in a more powerful set. Buy them by their RMS power output, NOT by their PMPO (peak mean power output) this is already an inflated figure and is usually about 4 times the real power output. I hope this helps.

Check that your mic settings in the Volume control is not maxed out. Turn the mic off and see if the fuzziness clears up.

Speaker Detect error Left Rear

Hey there.

I had the same problem until i figured out that if u dont have surround speakers connected it will be a error when trying to configure the rear surround speakers.

So if u are running a 5.1 system and have hooked up ur surround speakers to the back surround speaker port u have to change them to the surround speaker port.

Hope this work for u

Rear and Centre speakers not working

The system comes with l remote which provides controls for "Power", "Master Volume", "Bass (Subwoofer) Volume" and "Matrix Mode" . Matrix mode allows you to spread stereo sound to all speakers where your sound card may not have the ability to do so.
I find that the "Stereo Surround" setting works best as opposed to the recommended "CMSS" setting

Connect DVD Player to logitech X 540 Surround System

Bad connection on that one speaker, if you have tested the system with other equipment and it works thn you MUST have a bad connection INSIDE you DVD player. If your DVD had a whole channel out on your output amplifier I beleive then 2 speakers would not work so more than likely you have a bad solder joint inside system for DVD output
