You will need to find out how many MB of broadband you pay for e.g. 2MB... as you may need to contact your broadband supplier to get the speed increased

Then compare it with what speeds you pay for. If the speed you get is nowhere near what you pay for you need to call your ISP

speed totally depends on ur pc config and the programs installed and used still u can increase the virtual memory on the PC ...disable startup items and stop unwated servies from msconfig....if still needed more speed increase the RAM in ur pc...thanks

You can your isp and inform this problem....You can follow the tips below to increase internet speed.

Ok, firstly, the ram will not extend the life of your laptop, it will only give a slight increase in the process speed of your laptop, depending on how much you add.

You can buy the ram modules you need at any computer hardware store, they will instruct you on the best prices and how to install it. You can also try to buy it online(Ebay) where you will somwtimes get a better deal.

Increase the RAM , delete Unnecessary Applications or Programs, Delete Temporary Files, Internet Files. This will increase the speed of your laptop.

upgrading your ram will not increase your processing speed. You can increase it but with your current setup my first recommendation would be to purchase a new computer, even if you upgrade you won't be happy in the near future with its performance.

1st chk other process are running when system startup by pressing
ctrl+alt+del then select task manager.if any unwanted running end it.
then chk u r system speed &tell me

Go to Start --> Control Panel --> Mouse.
Click on the Pointer Options tab and adjust the slider for the pointer speed.
