Fuses usually blow for a good reason - because something else is wrong.
A fuse may go once if it is just a bit old but if changing a fuse twice has not solved the problem then there is some sort of electrical fault that you need to trace.
It could be
- a short circuit - maybe a crack in the insulation in the cable somewhere - most likely point is where the cable enters or exits the power supply and is subject to a lot of flexing or where it joins the coil windings inside the transformer.
- too much equipment connected to the power supply overloading it
- an open circuit or failed component causing- too low a resistance allowing too much current to flow
- a cable or component somewhere in the power supply that has too high a resistance for the current to flow causing a build up of heat at the weakest point - the fuse.
Unless the fault is something obvious like a broken wire it may just be a case of replacing the power supply
