To transfer files using USB devices

1. Connect the LG OPTIMUS M+ to your PC using a USB cable.
2. If you haven't installed LG Android Platform Driver on your PC, you need to change the settings manually. From the Home screen, touch the Applications Key Settings > Connectivity > Default connection mode > Mass storage only.
3. You can view the mass storage contents on your PC and transfer files.

or, here's my own run down:

1.) On the start screen, touch the People application.

2.) Click the + to add a picture to the contact.

3.) After you're done adding all the info, just save and you're done!

1. tab on "People"
2. click on the "+" sign to add new contact
3. You can then add in contact details.
   

Simplest way to do that for most phones is to key in the number and from the options select Add to Contacts. It will ask you for the name. Supply one and Save.
