I have lost the picture on my LCD TV, I've just got a black and white fuss and the word MATURE at the top of the screen. I've tried every button on the remote and set with no joy. I have also unplugged the set hopping it would reset itself.
I called the ASDA helpline and a lovely lady called Kirsty told me to hold down the pip/pop button. It worked fine.

I have not ben able to fix my tv issue, I got only a PIP button and has not fixed the image (blue screen and no signal or no available msg when using my remote.

exactly same problem, word mature at the top of the screen and none of the buttons on the remote or tv are working
same problem. word mature on top left of screen. have tried unplugging tv but same problem.
