I had many of the same problems as listed above. what worked for me was to go here and download the firmware upgrade installer. Follow the directions and be sure to check the reformat box b4 you start. My pearl th1100a is working fine now. Hope this helps Q
if you have real player you don't need a cd.
it's compatible with that program. you just plug it into your computer and real player will detect the hardware and you can go from there.
yes...you click SYNC on windows media player and on the LEFT MARGIN thingy look for THE WORD PEARL OR TYPE OF MP3 PLAEYER you have............ click it and then what pops up you click CLICK HERE and then on the song list delete the songs you don't want! :]
