update the drivers

so all drivers are the same version
and the software for it is latest...

try again

perhaps if you use older windows you can get
multiple drivers active if you used more than one usb ports to mount the printer

trick is to fully remove the printer and its drivers
and reinstall

Just order a new waste toner box and replace see the website for operator instructions

CALL SERVICE 4" means that the FAN does not run or the running of the FAN cannot be detected normally.
The running of the FAN is detected by IC 605-91pin. "CALL SERVICE 4" is displayed when it detects NG five times continuously.
After repairing, copy five times.If "CALL SERVICE 4 " is displayed,check again.

if your talking about the counter, if it doesn't recognise a new cartridge, then most likely the printer needs to be put into service mode to have the counter reset, you may have to call in a Panasonic service man to do it for you.

Make sure your firewall is off and that the anti virus does not block the incoming scans!!You also need to set the privacy settings if scanning smb and make sure the folder is shared!!

this model should already be supported in windows 7 if you have some funtionality loss you may want to try using vista drivers make sure you get vista 64bit if Windows 7 64bit and 32bit if windows 7 32bit
