On this specific unit, the drum actually has a small resister on the back of the drum unit that resets the machine when a new drum unit is installed. Your options are either to replace the drum unit with a new one or find the exact resistor from your local electronics store and replace it ( not recommended as the drum life is already reached) there is nowhere a menu that lets you reset the drum.
