Take the phone back to where you bought it. They have a 'GOD' password, that can be used.

If you enter the wrong pin code 3 times your phone is locked and only the PUK code can unlock it.
You will need you PUK number that you would have received when you paid for your SIM. If you dont have that any longer - your service provider will still be able to help you unlock it.

look for your documentation from your SIM card (mobile operator cntract) and find PUK code. Then enter 3 times wrong PIN code. Phone will ask you for PUK, enter PUK and should be fine then.

its preety much plain and simple just buy an usb cable if its not included in the box and download sony ericsson pc suite then install it and search out for the thing called like moddem in the program im not sure how its named but its there i dont have the program now so i cant guide like step 1 go there and there sorry for not being much informative about this

You need to contact your cell phone service provider and they can give you your PUK code once you provide details of your account and they have verified your identity.

Have you set a code to protect your phone, or have you set the PIN of your SIM card?
To reset the PIN, you need the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) for your SIM card. Some service providers provide the PUK with your SIM card. In any case you should be able to get the PUK from Airtel.
