If you can find a Amway Distributor in your area, purchase a Hard Water Film Remover from them and use according to package directions.

If you cant find one, go here and ask Amway to help you find a distributor:: http://www.amway.com/EN

This is the name of the product from years ago ... there may be a new product, discuss your needs with your distributor who is specially trained to recommend the proper product for your cleaning needs.

Thanks for your visit to day.

The pump on my GE Profile dishwasher is not draining.

If it is the last cycle only it is not the pump. It is a wiring or timer issue. Most likely the timer.

Had the power go out in our house. When power

hello. thanks for choosing fixya. honestly I do recommend that you get a new one. By the time you get your current one repaired you will have almost as much money in it as a new one and you will miss out on lots of things the new ones offer now such as: much more efficient use of power, much more efficient use of water, much quieter. and a much better wash. Regards, J.

My GE Profile doesn"t drain completly, leaving about 2" of water.

Sounds like a water level sensor is on the fritz. The drain valve is probably opening if the level drops at all.

Same as above problem: I have had this dishwasher for less than 4 years and the dishes as of about 2 years ago stopped getting cleaned. I use the recommended dish liquid and rinse and lightly clean the dishes before I put them in.
