Hi nsaravanapan you need to reload all your pplicattions back on to your phone. You need to the bb desktop manager. If you don't have the disk you can go to bb .com and down the desktop manager on to your computer.The disk was made for this sort of problem. If you need more information you can go your local carrier and have them help you with this issues. your computer can back up ad restore your information back on to your phone.
