Simlock means the network provider is lock to a particular network,if you wish to use any other simcard,try this method.

1st Make Full Eprom Reset by typing *2767*3855#
Be sure to back up important files,all data will be deleted... then the mobile reboots after.

then enter...
*7465625*638*00000000*00000000# (to change NCK code to 00000000)

then enter...
#7465625*638*00000000# (to permanently unlock the phone)

check the lock status if simlock is inactive,if yes,your phone is now unlock.

If you are talking about security or lock code,please do this

type *2767*688# this will reset your code
OR
type *2767*3855# this will reset everything including the code (be sure to back up your file first)

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 000999 or 1122
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

simlock only occurs when u repeated enter both the pin code and PUK code of the sim card wrongly. I suggest you go to the nearest customer care center with your id proof and request a duplicate.

Hi, when you have a simcard it has a password to unlock it, which you made. If you fail to correctly enter your password three times. The phone will stay locked, till you enter a second code which you get with your simcard, that is called the PUK code. It is meant to be an extra safety system, so no one can try the wrong simcard lock code for more then three wrong attempts. Call your provider of the simcard. They can give you a puck code if you lost it I think. So remember to be careful when entering your simlock code.
