ECS P4M800PRO-M478 after a new motherboard install, there is no video at all, not even a boot up screen

try to go to nvidea web site.

An ATX one with at least 400 watts of power

re-examine the memory chips.... sometimes swapping slots (still ddr2 slots) will fix the issue. the other possibility might be that you have to set them up in the bios ... if you happen to have the manual for that board.... make sure there isn't supposed to be a jumper on the motherboard that needs to be changed as well.... some ideas to try... in the mean time i'll go look and see if i can find the manual myself and perhaps i'll have found it.

check the processor and the ram either they are working properly

or read the manual that comes with it.

 

Ram goes in the two blue slots, sound & modem in white PCI slots, video in orange AGP slot.  You can't put cards in the wrong slots.
