SOURCE: Have a Yale 5000CC shredder that will not run.

This may indicate a jam not quite sure as I am not familiar with Yale machines but from description thats what it sounds like

Paper light stays on,but everthing looks ok. is it possible i can download a manual for this machine. thanks
Look up the company name online, go to support and you should be able to find it. also try blowing or using a vacuum to suck all the shredded stuff out of it. be sure to unplug it first. turn the shreadder head over and clean it out.

Blades are stuck... Motor is running but blades aren't spinning.. Please help?
If motor is running but cutting blades are not turning then most likely you have a damaged/broken gear inside. You will have to open it up to see which gear then contact manufacturer for parts assistance.

The cardboard hopper inside the shredder is falling to bits and will soon be beyond patching up. Any idea where I can get a new one, or better still a aplastic one which won't fall to bits so quickly?
