It is the coby mp3 player the name on the book says usb-stick mp3 player with lcd display and fm radio. the problem is is when i go to the drive its on to put music on it from the computer there should be a file there and the file is no longer there and my manual says that it it accidently gets disconnected without doing the safe software removal that the file will be corrupt. so i need to know now what do i do?

I too, have a MP3 PLAYER that everytime i download some music everytime i do sometimes the music be on there and sometimes it doesn't and do i have to have a USB cord with out downloading

To upload file to the COBY MP3 player, I went to setting, went to USB setting's, changed MTP mode to MSC mode then I was able to get access to folders with-in the mp3 player.

I just fixed my co workers device. Plug in the device into the PC after it plugged into the pc, the pc will detect the device after the device is detected. In My Computer, double click on the coby device, it will bring you to the the storage device, its also named coby something. right click on it and format. You'll lose all your data but the file system error message will be fixed. Reload music and you're back and running.
