Sir i m using gigabyte 865G motherboard.....i am unable to hear any sound....i think drivers are not installed properly...can u please suggest any solution....

The drivers for any built on devices are included on the Cd that was included with the Motherboard. If you don't have that CD any longer go to the Gigabyte Website and download the drivers for your operating system from there.
Probably that Vista has installed generic sound drivers. Have a look in Device Manager (On the Start menu Rt click Computer - Manage - Device Manager) and see if any unknown or problem devices showing.
Download and install the proper drivers from Asus or Intel (motherboard chipset is Intel).
I have checked on Gigabyte's web site. I'm afraid that Gigabyte did not release a driver for Windows Vista for your motherboard's model. I looked thoroughly in the download page, but couldn't find any drivers for Windows Vista.
