I have lost connection to my printer from my laptop. It says 8200 ui file is missing. I have a laptop that I just bought in December, and the printer was purchased in February. Can someone please tell me what has happened, and what I can do to resolve this situation.I have already tried to uninstall the printer and reinstall it, but no success.
Hello
It sounds to me you may need to reinstall the software for the printer this should fix the problem if not there will be a driver update available that should fix any bugs. These should be available from the kodak website under either support or downloads
Re-install the printer drivers and it will be OK.
