Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.

With your device on, press CHANNEL UP. If the device responds, no further programming is required. Note: If some buttons do not operate your device, try one of the other codes for your brand.
Code Search Method
If after trying "Direct Code Entry" your device does not respond, or if your brand is not listed, try doing a search of the code library for your code by following these steps.
Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be controlled.
Press and hold the SETUP button until the red indicator stays on, then release the SETUP button.
Press and release the desired Mode button (TV, VCR, etc.). The red indicator blinks once, then stays on.
Press the CHANNEL UP button repeatedly (up to 300 times) until the device to be controlled changes channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
Press and release MUTE to install the code. The indicator light goes off.
Most users will want to store VCR codes under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first follow the procedure for Direct Code Entry and press CBL in step 2 of Direct Code Entry, then enter ANY VCR code in step 3 of Direct Code Entry. Then follow the steps above for Code Search.
Hello
I've only only one digit code with me. It is "0634". It is the remote code for Zenith HDSAT_420, HDSAT_520, HDSAT_1080. Sometimes this may work with your TV also.

If Im not mistaking , some of Zeniths TV sets cannot be unplugged or disconnected from the wall. It will delete the memory and I guess the default channel is Channel 52.. I didnt know you disconnect the set in the ? you asked before. To stop this simply plug the set into an always on wall receptical and turn on the cable then the TV set. your going to need to do this order of operations as I know Zeniths will detune and you wont get any color sometimes if you turn on the TV then the cable. Sorry nothing you can do short of getting another set. Good Luck
You have to have the original remote. Then go into the menu under channel set-up. punch in channel 3 press add. The punch in channl 52. then press delete. Or turn on the cable box and go to auto tunnin g and let it do its thing. Im sorry , but if you dont have the original remote with a menu button your going to have to live with your problem. Good Luck
