Hello, I have a Kds Radius RAD-7C monitor and the original power supply is no longer working. I have a universal power supply with a range from 15 to 24 volt and 6 amp, my question is, can I use this for my monitor? Please give feedback. Best regards and thanks in advance.

6A is OK, HIGHER CURRENT is OK but not higher voltage, the main key is that the pwoer supply MUST be REGULATED power supply. Does it say that on the universal power supply that you have?

KDS radius 17"LCD RAD-7C shuts off during boot and won't come back on (mostly)

I am having the same problem and this seems to be very similar to the problem these users are having but that is a different screen. So I was hoping someone would have more info on this specific monitor. I am seeing no budging capacitors on my boards.
