It is saying that my microsoft office word is corrupted

You do not say where you are downloading from or if you have paid for the download.

Genuine, licenced, MS Office Outlook is not available as a free download.

Either the source of your download is not a genuine, reputable one or there may be a corruption in the Office Outlook files installed on your computer causing an incomplete or corrupted download.

Start > Control Panel > (Add or Remove Programs) Programs > Uninstall a program > highlight MS Outlook > Remove all components of MS Outlook > Close > Restart computer > Download again (from a reputable source).

MS Outlook is no longer available as a download from Microsoft, see here:

If you insist on using Outlook 2007, you will probably have to buy the software, or pay to download it from a reputable site, such as:

As an old Outlook user (for over a decade). I ever met similar error with my Outlook PST files before and got it solved with this Outlook PST repair software, the software extracts & restores those inaccessible Outlook items in a new .pst file and enables complete Outlook data recovery. All these applications comprises Microsoft Office. If all becomes corrupt. You need to install the Microsoft Office again fromthe installations CD, you have.

There must be Installaion files on CD you used previously or on your Hard drive.
You can also try to Repair or Reinstall option if available while setup again.

Have you tried going to control panel, then to programs, finding it and then highlight it. Sometimes it gives you the option to repair the program.
Also go to their microsoft.com and check for updates for the 2007 version.
Also a reinstall might have to be done.
