Hi, i have a split mural air condicioner Samsung Mh19ZA2-07, with the remote ARH-403, but the remote only works sometimes. Im close to the sensor, the remote have new batteries, etc.... Is possible to reset the remote with the air conditioner unit?

The remote itself can be tested--most shops have a simple tester--point remote at it and press any or all buttons and the tester will react---if it tests good the remaining reason is the remote receiver in the actual unit it controls may be bad.
If it is not sending it can usually be taken apart and fixed.
Many Digital cameras will react in a very dark room much like the tester with a faint flash of light when the remote is pointed at the camera you will see a tiny flash on the camera display screen.
E-1 Room sensor and A1 Indoor PCB fault. Please you replace first,indoor sensor and reset.Sometimes indoor pcb shows fault code due to sensor short. After replacing sensor it will show only A! or sometimes no error. If it shows A1, you have to repair/replace PCB. Helpful?
If even with new batteries not working means transmission signal problem. May be with remote or receiving signal problem with indoor. Check your remote with camera mobile and press on/off switch. If it's ultra light flashes, it's o.k. Then repair receiving signal in PCB.If no ultra light in remote, replace remote.
