MyMusix doesn't seem to carry a manual for that model, but you can get contact info from their website:

All of their previous model were plug and play - did not require an installation CD. You would use Windows Media Player to transfer and delete songs. Here are some links to Windows Media Player help files:

My Directions:
1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer
2. Open Windows Media Player
3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library
4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder
5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete
6. Left-click the song once to highlight it
7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

I have the PD-2001 and have lost my laptop and cd which had the software that I managed my music in. This player does not support Media Player to sync music to it. The software was called Jukebox Jockey or something like that. I would love to get this little player going again!!
