A06u drive will not open. I have tried using the button on the face of the unit and through the burner software, but to no avail. DISC light will burn GREEN on a few of the attempts, but not all, like it is cycling through a test series. Later, both the DISC and READ/WRITE lights will burn amber at the same time. When pressing the open/close button and holding it, I can hear and feel the drive motor attempt to work. You assistance will be greatly appreciated.

on the left side of the dvd drive there is a small little hole which you can insert a paper clip etc to open the draw
push it in this will open the draw for you.
