The basket may have cut into the hex shape top of the spindle creating little grooves which
the basket locks into. If that's the case you have to replace the part, it's called the impeller.
If you can purchase one from Omega, use a needle nose pliers to remove the flat hold down
washer/nut on top of the motor spindle, pull off the old impeller and push on the new. Line
it up correctly it only installs in one position. The impeller is the flat rotating part that the
basket sits on. I did it on my Acme but had to push a little for them to sell me one.

How do i get the screen filter out of juicer

I had the same problem with my Salton juicer, after making a delicious juice it was almost impossible to remove the auger like many of you, with patience and lots of elbow grease I manage to take apart. Here is my solution to this problem and it works very well for me, its simple, before juicing, disassemble your juicer and add a little oil with your finger on the silicon seal (inside and outside) see picture attached, assemble the juicer.

After juicing, remove the cover, don't try removing the auger, instead grab the basket and wobble it and it should get free, it works for me and it should work for you too. Happy juicing to all!

I have a singer juice giant model 774 and I cannot take out the "basket-filter-screening" to clean it up.

General instructions:

clean the basket-filter-screening of your Singer Juice Giant Model 774:

First, unplug the juicer from the power source and disassemble it.
Remove the pulp container and the juice jug.
Locate the basket-filter-screening and gently twist it counterclockwise to remove it from the juicer.
Rinse the basket-filter-screening under running water to remove any pulp or debris.
Use a soft-bristled brush to scrub away any remaining residue.
Rinse the basket-filter-screening again and dry it with a clean towel.
Reassemble the juicer.
If you need more detailed instructions, you can refer to the manual for your product

I am trying to disassemble. I have done it many times, but the basket won't come off the base this time. I have poured hot soapy water through in forward and reverse. Not working

Many times when juicing very fibourous produce the bowl(basket) can get stuck and you can loosen it by gently tapping on the pulp spout or juice spout to the counter clockwise motion(right), this will loosen the bowl.

We want to know how to disassemble

Rotate the cover to unlock and remove it and twist off the clutch nut holding the blade
down. Everything should lift off, (blade, basket, and juice bowl).

Breville JE90J juice fountain spare part

The coupling on the juicer basket end is no big problem, but the coupling on the motor end is a big problem as you need to stop the motor from rotating to unscrew the coupling. This means remiving the base of the juicer which may be difficult because of the type of screws involved.

Jack Lalanne Power Juicer

I bought the juicer at a second-hand store in brand new condition however the crescent tool was missing. To remove the flat blade for cleaning, I use a pair of scissors spread far enough to fit the ends in both holes. Hold the basket still while turning the scissors counter-clockwise untill the flat blade detaches. Easy as that! I ordered the tool, but it hasn't arrived yet. Hope this helps!

Cant grt it apart to clean

Take off the top part of the juicer that has the chute. You will see the blade and basket. The blade appears to be attached to the basket with three small screws but is actually screwed onto the basket by a large screw that protrudes out of the basket underneath the blade. So the trick is to unscrew the blade, turning it to the left by using maybe a small screwdriver that you will have to put into one of the two small holes that are on the blade surface and pushing the blade to the left. This should loosen the blade and then you can just unscrew the blade off the basket. Once you get that blade off, the rest of the juicer comes apart. The newer models come with a little tool with a couple of arms that go down into those holes and loosen the top. Good luck.

Juice lady

On the stainless steel basket notice a notch cut out on the rim above the spout and an indentation on the back of the basket near the rim. The plastic ring must snap on to the steel basket before placing the assembly on the motor housing. If it does not snap on, it is not fully seated. After the ring is seated and on the motor base, push the basket on and spin it. Confirm that the basket clears the ring. Place the top cover with feed tube over the unit and lock the two clips down. This procedure should solve your problem.
