The default lock code (security) is 0000. and default, PIN1 is 1111, and PIN2 is 2222
If you need further help let me know. If you get it wrong enough you will be asked to enter PUK code. Then you only need to call up your provider and they will assist you.

You better use LG unlocker software to read you r security code number,then run it through PC...

Security code is normally the last 4 numbers of your phone number or by LG 1234

LG CU-400 Unlock Code Entry Instructions 1-Insert non-Cingular SIM card
2-Power on the handset
- phone will display "Invalid SmartChip"
3-In Idle screen, enter 159753#*#

- phone will display "Enter NCK, Remaining 5"
4-Enter the 8 digit SIM Unlock code
5-Select "OK"

If "0000" didn't worked try using your commonly use PIN code and that code be it, check also to your Service Provider if there's a master reset for your phone so everything will be back to its default security code.
