Unfortunately it is a vintage fitness bike and predates internet manuals. Some help in the links but not a lot in regards manuals.

Is vitamaster still in business? I would also try Goodwill and Play it again sports, looking for another machine on the cheap I could cannabalize for what I needed. Goodwill here seems to get a lot of used exercise equipment, you might get lucky. Also check Ebay & Craigs list.

The seat has a transmission to move the seat up, down, foward , & back. Screw jacks adjust the seat up & down. Cables move the seat forward & back. The cable it seems had to break or the end of the cable has rounded out. Possibly the cable rounded out the seat it rides in the transimission housing too. You will need to remove the seat to find out
