Call your Service Provider
Ask them send you the MMS settings of your mobile
They will send them to you as a text message
When you receive them save an run then turn your mobile off for 5 minutes then turn it on
Then your mobile will send and receive picture messages
Check your message settings, there is a option called Message center number.If the number is incorrect you wont able to send messages while you can receive messages.This Message center number is provided by your service provider.Call your customer care for message center number and enter it to your phone and save in message center number box.Then you should send the messages.
hi there, call the customer service of your service provider ( AT&T,Vodafone,Verizon etc)....they will set up message center number on your phone , the one that you have might be incorrect...your mobile operator will send you sim updates that will refresh the settings ....and then you will get the text message options cheers
