I Can't seem to reset petz my monkey family on my nintendo d.s iv tried the lxb and select and it's not working please help

I had the same problem with mine. What you do is you go into closet, and when the screen comes up that says, "Please don't turn off the power or remove the game card," with the gorilla and smaller monkey in a tree, yank the game card out. It may take a few tries, as that screen is only brief, and you might not get it at the right time. Then the screen will go a translucent white, like you can still see through it but it's still white. After that all you have to do is switch it off and back on again, reinsert the game card, and then it will say, "The save data has been corrupted. It will now be deleted." Then you press A and it goes onto the adoption centre door screen, ready for you to adopt your first monkey!

I did L+X+B+Start+Select. And it worked for me. Ps. It works for every DS game. (And yes i do have "Petz My Monkey Family") :D
