The microphones are not changing colour they are both green I may need to sync my microphones but I do not have the manual
You start lips up and turn on the microphones, They start flashing green slowly then hold the power on the mics again and they flash green faster then press the sync buttton on your xbox360 the small button next to memory card port. The mic lights will go white quickly and start to glow when you play the game
What you need to do to sync your microphone and XBox is:
1. Press the button on the bottom of the microphone. Hold it for 1 second.
2. Press the small sync button on the XBox.
3. Press the button on the bottom of the Lipz microphone and hold it down for 3 seconds.
If that doesn't work, you need new batteries. Try again.

I can't get mine to sync. They flash green slowly, then when I press the power button again they flash quickly twice and then turn off. Pressing the power and connect button together do not help. Can anyone???!!
I tried the solution presented and Lips shows it heard my mike and when the song starts, the mic isn't lit anymore and it won't register a note sung. It's like it starts to work and stops.
Any suggestions?
