Follow the fuel ine from the gas tank under the car, as I recall it is along the side rail of the frame under rear seat area just forward of the rear wheels...

It's on the top front of your engine inside a rounded housing. Follow the top radiator hose - the thing it clamps to is the thermostat housing. I think it's held on by three bolts - two top and one bottom.

SOURCE: Brake Fluid Sensor

I believe it is a float in the master cylinder. If it's on, check your barke fluid level. Add if needed.
The reason for low fluid is that the front disc brakes are wearing down causing the brake caliper to move out which lowers the fluid level in the reservoir. So, also check your front brakes for wear.

God luck.

It is located just in front of the shift console, under the cover in front of the shift . Remove covers of console first around shifter .

Fuel filter location

It could be the fuel filter and it might not be. It sounds as though your car needs a serious going over to bring the maintenance up to date.

Why do I have problems start 99 honda passport ,in the morning ??

ook for split intake tube or loose clamps on intake. Turn key to on for few seconds then off. repeat several times then try to start. If start ok indicates loss of fuel pressure (could be fuel pump, return not shutting off or leaking injectors)

1999 Honda Passport. I do have power to the ECU and Fuel pump relays but no power coming off the relay to feed the fuse

The fuel pump fuse? That is hot at all times. Look for a main fuse that the big ones some even have clear cap . You basically need to find the main power that feeds the fuse2_29_2012_4_40_22_am.gif

Where is the fuel filter located on a 1999 Honda Passport? It keeps stalling, so I thought I would check that first.

The fuel filter is located under the vehicle, passenger side, below the seating area, mounted on the frame rail, in the fuel line.

I am guessing here, I think it is on the frame under the rear door on the driver's side. It is just a small canister. I have the same truck, and if it wasn't pouring rain outside right now I would check for you, but I did change mine once, check it out.

Fuel Pump

Start with the simple and replace the fuel filter first. A dirty fuel filter will cause the engine to stop running, due to the lack of fuel flow to the engine. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to answer any more questions you may have.

Locating transmission fluid

I believe those transmissions are computer controlled. There should be a light that comes on when you need to put more fluid in. Only way to actually KNOW how much is in there is to change the tranny filter/pan gasket and see how much drains out
