I had norton 360 for 3PC's, my mother's computer crashed and she lost norton 360. how can i get it in her computer again. the antivirus doesn't expire until june 2011

You should be able to go to their site and log in with the same email/password as when it was purchased/registered. look in your account activity there. it should let you download your purchase again.

Reinstall Norton AntiVirus. If you have your key written down and the disc you are already good to go. If you do not have your key or don't want to type it in again, go to www.mynortonaccount.com (if you set up the account) and login. You can cut and paste your key from that site (<ctrl>-c to copy, <ctrl>-v to paste or you can use your mouse.)
If you need to download the software again, go here: http://www.symantec.com/norton/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&selected_nav=3&pvid=nav_2010&docurl=20090415160608EN (long URL) and download the Antivirus product. The on-screen prompts will tell you what else you need. (This is the trial version so you will need to copy your key or get the mynorton account working.)

My personal opinion on this is that you are unlikely to be able to move the account; given the problems I have had with norton in the past, I wouldn't try; but would instead use the free or Home editions of Avast! or AVG Antivirus.
Sure, you are entitled to 12 months usage, no matter if you change computer or disk.
All you need is the installation key provided from Norton and the link to Norton download, to download and install onto the new hard drive. Usually Norton send this detail to email. If you have lost this information contact Symantech and provide details used for purchase, they will give you instructions on what to do to validate and use the remaining time for your license.
