Check your settings in Outlook under Tools, Options, Security.
That was hardly an inappropriate answer. You have to check your e-mail settings in order to determine the problem. The people you are sending these forwards to also have to check their e-mail settings the problem may be on their end. This is not Microsoft. Outlook Express is a Microsoft product. Try calling their customer support.

Would you happen to have a phone number for Microsoft Support? I can't find one and am flustered at this point.
The problem is mine. Everyone I forward pictured e-mails to can not receive the pictures. The same people tell me, I'm the only one they have this problem with.
Can you tell me, what the e-mail settings should be in order to forward pictures attachments, I would truly appreciate any thing you can tell me.
