When I receive an e-mail with a picture attachment, I can open the e-mail and attachment. When I forward that e-mail, none of the people I sent it to can open the picture part weather it be in the body of the e-mail or an attachment. I have gone through this problem with Bell South my carrier and we checked it out. They said after a long process, they said to get in touch with you. They think it is Outlook Express that is causing the problem. Please get back with me. If you don't know the answer, Can you please send me a phone number that I can talk to a person. Please, let me talk to someone that speakes GOOD ENGLISH.

How do you know it was not delivered - i.e., did the sender receive a return email notice that it was undeliverable or did the recipient receive anything at all? If it was sent and just disappeared, there may have been a problem with the email address. If an "undeliverable" notice was returned to the sender, there may have been a problem with the recipient's server, email program or virus software.

Outlook has several settings which prevent certain types of emails from being delivered or received. It attempts to block anything that looks like spam. For example, emails with too many attachments, certain types of extensions, large picture files, emails being sent out to too many people at a time, etc. Some of these setting can be changed, but some cannot. You don't say which version of Outlook you are using. If it has not worked when you are sending the card directly from the Hallmark program using Outlook as your default email program, you might try opening Outlook and creating an email from there and attaching the card.

The source of the problem could also be the virus software of the sender or the receiver.

one way around is to open a new folder on desktop then transfer/save the pictures to that folder
having done that click on the folder then send to e-mail recipient
that opens up a new e-mail with the folder as an attachment and type in the new e-mail address then send
the problem is that if the photos are in the body of the e-mail when forwarding on, the format of the pictures is not reproduced as in the original message

Yahoo mail user who accesses mail and not able to open the attachment which user have received to their account or they are unable to forward the attachment to the addressee. What can't you do? receive or read? if you can't receive then you won't be able to open a picture. To open a picture sent by email you need a program to open the type of picture that is being sent.

I'm not entirely sure but it's highly likely that when a person forwards an e-mail, the attachments (so the pictures) are not included in the forwarded mail.
Ask the person to send you the pictures manually in a seperate mail.

This is quite an old spam doing the rounds. If you read carefully, it says "Please use the following password THE...." - "the" is the password, but it would be advisable not to open any attachment. Select it, then click on the Mark As Spam button in your inbox. Yahoo would be automatically notified, and you'd also be saved from any further mails from this address.

What you would like to say is to forward the e-mail that you received into another person, right? Here's what you need to do:

1. Access your yahoo email.
2. Open the message that you would like to forward
3. Click the forward button and type the email address of the person that you would like to receive the message.
4. Then click Send
