1. Login to Facebook.
2. Beside your name (top of the window), there's an icon that looks like a small lock with 3 short, horizontal lines stacked beside it. Click it.
3. Click "See More Settings".
4. Click "Blocking".
5. Click "Remove" beside the user you wish to Unblock from your blocked list.
