Need to fix my web cam

First, try with anothe computer, if normally,that your persona; web camera its ok.
Second try to system restore setting your windows
If second doesn't work, last alternatif is reinstall your windows.

If this is related to and external web-cam, the issue can be fix by turning the focus adjuster, located on top of the lens (round ring that goes around the lens). Turn around until it gets clear image.

First place to start is with an updated camera driver from Toshiba's support page. Either way I would go ahead and remove the camera from the device manager to see if that solves your issue.

Had the same problem with the fuzzy picture...i went into properties and options and played with the settings...there are settings for brightness and so forth, and a nighttime mode, and so on...try messing with those. Worked wonders for me!!! Good luck!!!!
