How do I rethread this car seat cover after washing it?

Most car seats have plastic clips around the edges that will come off.
if you work around all the edges you can eventually get it off. The
straps can be difficult to remove. Just pay close attention to how
they came apart. Take pictures if you have to. They are a paint to
put back if you don't.

NO!!!! You NEVER take chances with a car seat!!! Contact the manufacturer about how to put straps in correctly. Then go down to your local police department to have a car seat safety check done!!!!!

My son has special needs so I must wash his seat often. I can not remember how to put the straps locks back so...
First, whenever I wash the car seat cover, I rethread the straps immediately. I only unhook one at a time and look at the one that is still threaded to see how to re hook the one I am working on.
Since you can't do that at this point, I suggest going to a store that sells car seats, look at how the straps are hooked and if you have a picture phone - take a photo!
