What excatly is the chemical in the rear proection TVs? Its under the coloured section of the lights, after you remove the lenses. We are stripping it for parts, so we aren't to concerned with it working again, since it didn't before. We just want to know if this chemical is dangerous to us, since one of the guys got it on his hands.
Its actually the VS-5041 model, not the 43 model. But this site doesn't have the first one.
Thats CRT coolant. as long as you washed it off its not a problem however it contains glycol so its posionous to animals. Its simmallar to automotive anti-freeze
