hello, the features of the keyboard do not work until the microsoft program for the keyboard is installed on the computer.

I think this is a comfort curve keyboard 2000.

If you do not know if your computer is 32bit or 64bit, take the 32bit version.

after installing the program and restarting the computer all the features will work, and the program will contain a help document or a manual with it for assistance.

You should be able gently pry the key off using a plastic butter knife. Star by prying in one corner and move along the perimeter prying a little at a time.

Kindly install the driver cd which is come along with the keyboard. then you will get the option of setting hot keys.

1. Open Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in for Services.

In Windows Vista or Windows 7, click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.

If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

In Windows XP, click Start, click Run, type services.msc in the Open box, and then click OK.

1. In the list of services in the Details pane, double-click HID Human Interface Service, and then make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic. Then if not running start.
