There are many ways can help you reset windows password .Just follow these steps:
Method 1: Windows XP and further versions also provide another method to recover forgotten password by using ""Reset Disk"". If you created a Password Reset Disk in past, you can use that disk to reset the password.
Method 3:
There are a lot of tools and utilities that can be downloaded and used to recover, reset, retrieve or reveal windows password. However, I've tried a couple of these utilities through the years and my favorite is the windows password key 8.0. This utility is used to reset password of any windows versions.

1.Login to a computer that can link to Internet. Download windows Password key from and install it on that PC. Note that: there is a .ISO file. Burn the .ISO file to a CD or a USB flash drive.
2. Insert the newly created CD/USB to the locked computer.
3. Reboot the locked computer and press'F2'or'Delete'to enter your BIOS setup and then you will see the instruction
It is easy to use,so you really don't need to worried about if you have lost windows password

Here are the steps involved to Hack the Window XP Administrator Password .

  1. Go to Start –> Run –> Type in CMD
  2. You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given
  3. cd\
  4. cd\ windows\system32
  5. mkdir temphack
  6. copy logon.scr temphack\logon.scr
  7. copy cmd.exe temphack\cmd.exe
  8. del logon.scr
  9. rename cmd.exe logon.scr
  10. exit
Wait its not over read the rest to find out how to Hack the Window XP Administrator Password
A Brief explanation of what you are currently doing here is
Your are nagivating to the windows system Directory where the system files are stored. Next your creating a temporary directory called mkdir. After which you are copying or backing up the logon.scr and cmd.exe files into the mkdir then you are deleting the logon.scr file and renaming cmd.exe file to logon.scr.
So basically you are telling windows is to backup the command program and the screen saver file. Then we edited the settings so when windows loads the screen saver, we will get an unprotected dos prompt without logging in. When this appears enter this command
net user password
Example: If the admin user name is clazh and you want change the password to pass Then type in the following command
net user clazh pass
This will chang the admin password to pass.
Thats it you have sucessfully hacked the Window XP Administrator Password now you can Log in, using the hacked Window XP Administrator Password and do whatever you want to do.
Here are the steps involved to De Hack or restore the Window XP Administrator Password to cover your tracks.
  1. Go to Start –> Run –> Type in CMD
  2. You will get a command prompt. Enter these commands the way it is given
  3. cd\
  4. cd\ windows\system32\temphack
  5. copy logon.scr C:\windows\system32\logon.scr
  6. copy cmd.exe C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe
  7. exit
Or simply go to C:\windows\system32\temphack and copy the contents of temphack back into system32 directory click Yes to overwrite the modified files.

Note To administrators: You can block the entire password change thing just a little tweak in the local security policy (control panel->administrative tools, works only for administrators group) will disallow any change in password even if u r the Admin (u can put a number of other restrictions too), but be cautious to give other users limitted accounts. After you have done this, the above Screensaver technique will fail.
Update: Christian Mohn points out The Above method is is possible only if you have Local Administrator Privileges. My fault for not checking it up before posting.
Update: The above Method only works if the system is FAT/FAT32 – because of the updated “user rights management” in NTFS – file level rights etc. This does not work on a system using NTFS.

Change your account to an admin account or contact the admin for your system. To change your account to an admin account follow these steps: go to your control panel and select user accounts. On windows 7 you can just type "user accounts" in the search bar in your start menu. From there, select change your account type, and change it to Admin. If you are set as a standard account by your systems administrator, you will need their password to do so.

I want to hack win xp admin password by guest their is error "access is denied" i hv try safe mode its no working

While you forgot windows os password, you can enter safe mode (F8 when booting up) to recover windows password while you forgot user account password, but when you forgot admin passwords, there's no way to change it, you should use utility to recover admin password. Last week, I forgot my Windows admin password. Last, I used Windows Password Seeker to remove the Windows password successfully. It's worth an attempt.

Hi expert m brother deleted the adminstrator yser

Recover all your files using a Linux Live-CD like http://pclinuxos.com/ - boot from it and copy the files to an external memory/harddisk.
Then just reinstall, nothing else can be done if the admin account has been corrupted/deleted.

Access denied to documents and settings folder

The account that you are accessing; is it an Admin account, and now from the very account you are trying to access that account is a limited one, Is that so?

If that is the scenario, then there are ways through which you can get an admin access, but IF those files aren't there or are corrupted, then that is something else.

I'm waiting for your response...
Also get the properties of that account folder and tell me that folder size, to have an idea that is there something in it.

Limited User access will not open files in software program

boot into safe mode on xp. when you start the computer and the bios screen comes up start tapping the F8 key. it should take you to the boot selection screen. press your arrow keys to get to the selection "Windows Safe Mode" and press enter. when xp loads the login screen, there should be an admin account now. use that account to set users access to admin rights.
if you dont want that user to have admin rights but still start software that requires admin rights, try this. right-click on the program. go to run as... and choose administrator.

please let me know if this helped you :)

I forget admin password in my

If this is Windows XP. Go into safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeatedly as the computer starts up. You will be given a choice on which "mode" you'd like to start Window in. Choose Safe mode. Then click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" . You will now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrator's account and will be able to reset the password. Just click the administrators user account, and then click Reset Password
