Ok, but that is the model of the laptop.. It consists of many drivers.. Is there a certain device (ie, sound card, chipset, harddrive) driver that you are looking for?

Here are a couple of links to the drivers I believe you are looking for. Ihad to use the PCG-K35 to find the drivers. I found out that the reakltek AC 97' audio codec driver is what you are looking for from the first link.

The second link is a realtek direct download link.

I have a Sony Vio NoteBook Computer-Model PCG-992L.

With the Sony, if you do not make a recovery disk set from a functioning laptop, you are out of luck. However, you can load any retail version of an operating system, go to this link

to download all of the device drivers, and continue using your laptop.
