I assume that you are looking for the ASUS drivers, utilities, etc. You can go to http://www.asus.com and select service, support, motherboards, and enter your data to get to your model and select to download drivers. If you are looking for an operating system install disk you have to go buy that.
unplug ur hdd's plugin one at a time go to setup and make sure computer finds ur hdd's then unplaug first one pulg in second make sure computer finds this one ...then go back and plug both in and let computer find both go to system in control panel find device manager to see if computer reconize both hhd if so u ready to go
there should be a four pin connector from the psu to the mobo,if thats not it try removing memory sticks one at a time, just make sure you leave one in
