How to open 3 demo pieces of Technics SX-PC10 Digital Piano?

please check that the volume-down button isn't stuck and therefore forcing the volume of your piano to decrease. You might wiggle the button from side to side if you noticed that it's stuck. If possible, attempt to route the piano sound to an external speaker and see if you receive the same results as you initially did.

Also, in addition to more info I need; look on p 91 of the online owner's manual linked below. Pay attention to Sounds and Effects, the first section therein. You don't tell us the model, but most have a "demo" button which is first pressed and then there sometimes is a start and stop button tto control it.
