I Have A Pink Pen Line,Runs From Top To Bottom Of My Computer Screen, Located Right SideOf Screen. QUESTION= How Can I Get Rid Of It ?

Try changing the input device to something you are sure works. Switch off TV manually, switch off power, remove plug and retry after 48 hours. If problem persists, please refer it to a qualified service technician.

I Advise to fixed that Lamp again ( sometime you fixed but one of any wire miss connectivity ).
Or Remove and fixed again all related Jack's you removed lat time.

If everything's OK , then Change lamp. try other one.

Sorry, you need to change the Screen, Kindly go to an Expert Computer Repair Enginneer to change it for you.

The best I would suggest the you should contact vendor and get it replaced

Try setting you screen size to a larger or lower size. and the pixel color. try 32bit instead of 16bit.

The order the plug wires go is from the top right side - pink /blue

The bottom side - blue /pink

We have aKDF-E42A10 for a bout 2 yearsnow and we now have 13 horizonal lines across the screen, they look like small square dotted lines across the entire screen from top to bottom. It be gan acouple of months ago as 2 of these lines that seemed to move up the screen. I called technical support and he made it sound like he never heard of the problem. Do you have any speaker alround? Or something with magnet material, on the top?, if yes, move out . If not.......... I recommended this, But!! be carefull!! I dont responsability for incorrect damage ok?. With a speaker or magnet , pass alround area on bad color, just pass quickly from the bottom to top.....Be carefull!!, don't do this on other area, will make big shadows and bad picture... If still there, maybe tv need work on degaussing area.
