Saniflo buzzing all the time means that the motor is trying to run but cannot. indicates that something is blocking the pump impeller from rotating. unit needs to be removed, cleared and tested. if fault contiues you may blow the fuse (if you are lucky) otherwise the motor will eventually burn out. get this checked soon.

I have a sanicompact 43, if the water pressure is low will this b the reason for flushing problems , please ?

Its a Cisternless ceramic toilet with built-in Macerator Pump.So the water pressure should not make much of a difference as most of the job is done by the pump
Regards.
plz. Don't forget to rate my suggestion.

Sanicompact motor operates continuously but bowl doesn't clear. Have emptied bowl manually and poured Saniflo cleaner in.

This problem occurs when the flush button is damp after cleaning the whole toilet with a shower. Solution: Wait till it dries up 2) if you have installed a main switch put it on and at the same time press the flush button.

At the moment we have a saniflo plus but the whole system has blocked but the pipes are clear what should we do next

If the toilet doesn't flush but the rest of the plumbing works fine you may need to buy a closet auger to clear the toilet stoppage, they cost around $20 and do wonders much better then plungers

My saniflow toilet is blocked and a plumber has told me i need a new motor. where can i get this and how much are they?

If you hear it making noise the motor isnt blown, but it could be clogged.

A quick an easy fix is by filling a 5 gallon bucket with hot water (or warm water) and slowly pouring it into the bowl. The warm water breaks the particles up further, and will help flush the unit out. Make sure you run the water alot after its cleared out (to flush the debris). You can do that by turning on the shower or sink (if connected). If you dont have a shower or sink just keep flushing the toilet.
