Windows has a roaming profiles if you are on a networked computer. Change it back to local if you have rights and not on a work PC. Right click My Computer > Properties > Advanced > User Profiles > Settings. Highlight the profile and Change Type.
The wireless is enabled on this laptop by pressing the function (Fn) key and F10 key at the same time. The wireless needs to be turned on every time the computer is restarted.
