Our dishwasher is a Beko DWD5410 It washes fine but makes a strange noise during the wash (it seems to be when the wash starts). We have looked to see if the jets are blocked but we can not see anything. The noise seems to be getting louder and we are worried it may be damaging the dishwasher. Do you have an idea what this could be and how we solve it? Thanks
What is a ciop? Could it be the hoses into the dishwasher rather than the dishwasher itself? What is a ciop?

It sounds like something's trapped in the pump touching the impeller. Drain the machine, isolate the electrics and see if you can access the pump, you may find a piece of debris or small article in the pipework.
there is a #10 torx screw holding that cover down.do not drill it out. after you take it off you can tell if the chopper is broken.be careful for broken glass.
It could be the impeller on the motor. The impeller fits over the shaft of the motor and might have split/broken up. That funny noise is probably the shaft spinning inside the damage impeller. Fortunately the impeler is fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. I believe there are one or two parts/covers to remove that are held in by a roughly half dozen torx screws.
